Channel Landing Townhomes is a community in Tierra Verde, Florida that features midsize homes that are 1750 sq. ft with 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths and ground-level garages. Top rated restaurants are a short distance away. The popular Fort DeSoto county park is 4 miles to the south. In addition to the abundant beaches at Fort DeSoto, white sand beaches at St Pete Beach and Pass-A-Grille are 10 minutes by car.

Dave Simon, your Web Architect and a Unit Owner
Dave is an operations and engineering professional with expertise in automotive manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, distribution, e-commerce fulfillment and customer doorstep delivery. Most recently, Dave headed up the engineering and design functions for Amazon Logistics that launched over 300 package delivery operations across North America in 4 years. His team also designed and launched the ubiquitous Amazon Prime delivery vans. He is versed in real estate selection, jurisdictional public policy, permits, engineering design, contractor management, safety initiatives and regulatory matters.
He holds a BSE, Electrical Engineering specializing in vision-based robotics from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and MBA, specializing in International Supply Chain from Michigan State University.
Dave is an avid cyclist that completed a cross country bike trip from Los Angeles to Boston. He is also on track to complete 5000 bike miles in 2021.
